Not a problem. All the paperwork is done in advance for the houses and resorts, and you will receive the address and lock box code for the house approx. One week before arrival – as long as you have completed all the paperwork.

We never split a team between different resorts. Whether you can all stay in the same house, depends on the size of your party. The largest house we offer has 15 bedrooms and sleeps 30 people.

Yes! As long as we receive a valid Florida Tax Exemption Certificate – that is valid for the dates of your stay – we are happy to honor it. Please note it must be a Florida certificate – not the one you use for your home state.

Quite probably! We work with over 450 colleges each year so there is a good chance we are already an accepted vendor. If we are not, we work with your Accounts department to enable a smooth payment process.

Yes! You are welcome to pay either by bank transfer or via credit card. If you prefer, we are also very happy to accept checks.

Yes! We work with a variety of car rental companies to offer you competitive prices for all cars, minivans, 12 and 15 pax vans throughout Florida. We are also able to provide 12 and 15 pax vans for drivers aged 21 and over – as long as you are using school insurance.

In the unlikely event of a problem with your house, we are still here to help. When you receive your lockbox code and address, you will also have the 24-hour emergency number for the management company for your particular house. However, we are also available by phone 24/7. In the event of being locked out, the a/c not working, etc. etc., please call Paul on 786 512 9565.

Yes! These items can either be ordered at the time of reserving the house – and they will be invoiced at the same time. If you prefer to wait until nearer the time, you can book them directly with the management company one week before arrival.

All linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped. However, you will need to get miscellaneous items such as washing powder, dishwasher powder, toilet paper, etc.

The PPF covers ACCIDENTAL damage between $500 -$1500 per house (depending on the size of the house reserved and the management company). Please note it does not cover items such as stained linens, missing towels, or broken doors!

No. It is your responsibility to ensure you have this before departure.

To reserve a unit, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required immediately. A further $400 per unit is due by 9/1/18, with the full balance due by 12/15/2018.
